Neutral Safety Switch Bypass Instructions:

In the relay/fuse box under the hood, there is a starter relay with 5
pins. 3 smaller and 2 bigger pins. After pulling the relay out of the
socket, insert the 2 ends of a small jumper wire into the 2 larger slots
of the relay socket. That puts juice to the starter, even if the key
switch is off. Of course the key must be in the on position for the
engine to start.
