John,

  Many months ago I asked if you'd ever seen the TV series Daktari.
It ran from '66-'69 and was to have taken place in Africa.  Daktari
means "doctor" so it was all about treating large animals in the
African brush.  Of course they used Jeeps   ;)   The J-10 that they
used was very cool.  I loved that truck as a kid.  I found some pics
that I thought you might like to see...
